As appropriate. Professional work at professional rates. If you need a few recipes or workouts, we can talk piecework, hourly rates, retainers, contracts, etc. If you're talking salaries, partnerships, or other full or partial purchase of our souls, plan to spend accordingly. And there's lots of middle ground.
